Enjoying the Liberty Bowl

Dallas helped pull the Gamecocks through in his USC pajamas. He had fun watching with Daddy and Uncle Justin. We are so excited the Gamecocks won!

The Boys bring in the New Year Early

Dallas and Rowan have been quite fascinated with each other. Rowan really enjoyed his peas for dinner. Dallas was very upset that he couldn't stay up until midnight to bring in the New Year.

Kellee hopes twins are not in her future

Kellee has gotton alot of practice this weekend with Dallas and Rowan. At some point she ended up with both of them and immediately said "NO" to twins!

Christmas in Greenville

We hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas. We had a great time in Greenville with BeBe and Paw Paw and Uncle Justin and Aunt Kellee. Santa was very good to everyone this year! Little Dallas had so much fun playing with BeBe's singing and dancing stuffed animals. Thanks to everyone for all of our gifts!

Christmas Eve

We had a wonderful visit with NaNa, Poppy, Uncle Whit, and Great Grandmamma Jones. We spent several days in Columbia and Santa came early on Christmas Eve. Dallas had lots of fun but wasn't quite sure what to think of all of the gifts. He went in the kitchen and started pulling out cereal boxes at one point. He always does that when he visits NaNa's house! Thanks for all of our great gifts. The TMX Elmo was a big surprise!

King of the Castle

Dallas is really enjoying his new Castle Bouncer. It is quite large so we put it in the basement. We have actually made a playroom for him down there anyway. As he continued playing his hair started standing up due to static electricity. It looked so funny!

Naughty or Nice?

These pajamas are the cutest! You can't quite see it on the shirt, but it says Naughty or Nice? We say Nice and sometimes naughty! I bet the Grandparents just say Nice! Dallas loves his Home Depot Big Digger from NaNa and Poppy. Thanks for sending all of the big gifts here--we wouldn't have had room for them in the car. Plus Dallas got early Christmas presents and that is always fun.

Welcome Home BeBe and Paw Paw!

We are so happy that BeBe and PawPaw are back safely from their trip to Thailand. We can't wait to visit at Christmas and hear all about their trip. I just realized that Dallas has the exact same stance in these pictures. How funny? We went to our neighbors today for a cookie and coffee Christmas party. We had a great time, met some more of our neighbors and found another babysitter! Dallas was very well behaved and everyone commented on that and of course how cute he is. We gave him a haircut yesterday so there was no mistaking him for a girl today. The ginger bread man was a gift from the hostess. ( He dropped it immediately after this picture and it broke into several pieces!) Hope everyone had a great weekend.

I love brushing my teeth!

Dallas loves to brush his teeth. He goes up to the sink and pulls up until I put him on the counter. Then he grabs the brush and the toothpaste and sits in the sink. When it is time for him to stop he gets very upset and I have to pull the brush and paste out of his hands. Maybe we have a future dentist!

Trip to the Mall to see Santa

Dallas did great for his picture with Santa. We went to dinner after the pictures and he was mistaken for a girl 5 times! I don't get it but they all say, "Oh! He is so pretty!" I guess that's a compliment.

Playing Pool and First Snow

Dallas is feeling much better. We are so relieved. He had fun playing pool with Daddy when he got home from work. After he ate dinner, we walked outside to see the first snow. His eyes are closed in the picture but it was too cold to try for another one!

I Feel Yucky!

Little Dallas is not feeling so well. He has a stomach bug and cold. He is sleeping alot and eating only saltines and drinking his Pedialyte. We feel so awful for him. I absolutely hate that he is sick but he has been very cuddly. He will sit in our lap or sleep on our chest and that hasn't happened since he was little so we are enjoying that part! He decided to lay right down on the floor and take a little rest. He rallied later to play on an early Christmas present from BeBe and Paw Paw. He really likes it!

Vegas Baby!

Dallas and I had a blast in Las Vegas. We stayed at the Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino. Dallas played some blackjack and I played the slots. No, we didn't win any money but we didn't lose much. Dallas worked some on Friday and then we went out and had a really nice dinner. Saturday we slept in, watched Pirates of the Caribbean 2 in bed and were really lazy. It was so nice! When we finally got motivated to get moving we went to the Hoover Dam. It is such an amazing sight. We took a tour. As some of you know, I get pretty claustrophobic. We got on the elevator and the guide said it would take 75 seconds to reach the tunnel!! I thought I might not make it knowing I was going that far down and into a tunnel--but I did and it was quite fascinating. The picture here is from the top of the Dam. Saturday night we went to the Tropicana, ate a the buffet, and saw a really funny comedy show. Afterwards we stayed at "the Trop" ,as it is known, and saw a really cheesy band playing really bad music. It was lots of fun and the typical Vegas experience. We made it back to our hotel via a town car thanks to the low fare he offered and went to bed. We had a great trip but really missed our little man!

Missing my Baby

Little Dallas is spending the week with all of his Grandparents in South Carolina. Dallas and I are going to Las Vegas and of course we had plenty of volunteers to watch Baby D. I am missing him so much. I keep going in his room and looking at all of his toys. I have been able to get alot of things done but I feel like part of me is missing. I am so happy that he is able to spend time with all of his Grandparents but I will be so happy to see him on Sunday. I love you Dallas! I can't wait to see you!

Go Gamecocks!

We all had fun Saturday watching Carolina beat Clemson! Little Dallas had on his Gamecock sweater and was throwing his arms up signaling a touchdown. If he heard it on the T.V. or we all said, "TOUCHDOWN", he would put his arms up.....so cute! Daddy Dallas said Little Dallas would have to wear that sweater every year because it must have been good luck. He said we would make a hat out of it as he outgrows it as a sweater. I know all of you Gamecock fans had a just as great of a day as we did Saturday. To all you Clemson fans- we vote Jad Dean for President!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We had a great day. As some of you know we are in Raleigh, NC at Uncle Justin and Aunt Kellee's new house. BeBe and Paw Paw are here also-- along with all of our dogs (6 total)! We have a full house and are having such a good time. We watched the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and lots of football. We had dinner around 6:00. The guys deep fried a turkey and we also had green bean casserole, pineapple and cheese casserole, stuffing, cranberry, and broccoli salad. We are very full! After dinner Dallas surprised us all and FINALLY started walking. We were all so excited to watch him. He was so proud of himself. He got so hot he took his clothes off. He also said Paw Paw for the first time! We had a very big evening. We are so thankful for all of our friends and family and all our many blessings! Happy Thanksgiving!
