Disney World and Sea World

We had a great time on our trip to Orlando to visit Disney and Sea World. Disney was really crowded and hot but we had fun and Uncle Whit and Poppy had their first ever trips to DisneyWorld! Little Dallas' favorite thing at Disney was his "Pirate Experience". He was transformed into a pirate in a ceremony that lasted over and hour. He was given a pirate name, George Pondwater. He also took a pirate oath, found treasure, and received a sword, eye patch, tattoo, and gold coin necklace. Taking off the face paint later in the evening proved to be quite the chore but it was still worth it. I had to scrub the bathtub to get the black out of it after 30 minutes of scrubbing his face! We actually didn't ever get to see Mickey Mouse or many of the characters. They don't roam around anymore and Mickey is only at his house. There was a long wait and we just decided not to do it. It felt really wrong to go to Disney and not see Mickey but we will go back I'm sure. Sea World was really cool. None of us had ever been there. The grounds were beautiful and it was not quite as crowded. We saw the famous "Believe" show with the killer whales. It was amazing. We also saw the dolphin show which was actually more entertaining than the whales. It is something to see what the trainers can get these animals to do.
