Little Dallas has discovered another new sport that he adores--Tennis! We went to the store to pick out a racquet and headed to the courts. He had lots of fun and I think I re-discovered my passion for the sport! Afterwards, he headed to the playground before thunder and lightening forced us to leave.

Daddy Dallas had a great day today. The highlight was playing 9 holes of golf with little Dallas. Little Dallas loves golf SO much! This course happens to be near the airport so it was really neat to see the airplanes coming RIGHT over our heads. It may not be an ideal course for some people but when you have a 2 year old with you who likes planes it works out pretty well! He also chased a bunny rabbit and like the other men, used the "bathroom" on the course. Thank you to Daddy Dallas for all that you do for us. You are a wonderful father and little Dallas looks up to you so much! I know that golf will be just one of the many things you teach him. Happy Father's Day to Poppy and PawPaw too! We love you!

Very Tired and Hot!

Little Dallas and I went on a big adventure yesterday. I drove us to Blowing Rock, NC (2 hours away) to ride on the Tweetsie Railroad. Every year for 2 weeks they offer a Thomas the Tank Engine Ride. Little Dallas is SOOO into Thomas that I just had to take him even though the ride was only 25 minutes long! There were many other things to do there other than the ride. We rode a chair lift up the mountain where there were carnival rides, a deer park, and a smaller train ride. He got a temporary Thomas tattoo, jumped in a Thomas moon bounce, a new t-shirt and conductor hat! He ws wiped out after the 3 hours we spent there and fell asleep within 5 minutes of our trip home. He had a blast and I am so happy to make these memories with him!

Beach

I have not gotton much done this week, including having time to blog, because little Dallas is home for the summer. We are having lots of fun together and have many fun things planned but I have to work on my organizational skills to get everything done with a 2 year old in the house! We spent last week at Bebe and PawPaw's beach house with Uncle Justin, Aunt Kellee, cousin Brianne, and our friends, The Gatch Family! We had a house full with 6 adults, 2 toddlers, 2 newborns, and 3 dogs but we had a fun week. We went to the beach, pool, rode in the boat, went to the aqarium, played putt putt, had a girls night out, and a guys day out! Here are just a few of the 400 pictures I took with my new camera!
